Triathlon, training with Daniel Fontana

At Sportur Club Hotel from 5 to 8 May, there will be a stage dedicated to Triathlon in the company of Daniel Fontana, the Italian-Argentine, DDS Triathlon Milan captain who defended the colors of Italy in the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008 world runner-up distance of 70.3 in 2009 and recent winner of the half Ironman World Triathlon Corporation Disputatio in Pucon (Chile) on 16 January.

A genuine opportunity for those who love swimming, cycling and running, the stage, will run for three days. In addition to its lectures on methods of training, stretching and relaxation, the triathletes will do real training sessions alongside Daniel Fontana.

The internship will take place at the same timing of the withdrawal from society DDS in Milan, led and coordinated by Luca Sacchi, former Olympic swimming. This will be a further opportunity to see the "work" some of the strongest performers of the Italian triathlon and share with them some times of the day.

The locations of the Sport Club Hotel is a facility devoted to the reception of tourists, athletes, equipped with every comfort and services for those who want an active holiday.Garage and room for the repair, bicycles, laundry, clothes fast technical possibility of consultation with sports medicine, wellness area and the desirability of massage physiotherapy and anti-fatigue. 

Not least, the place, Cervia, chosen by the strongest Italian triathletes and leaders because it represents one of the most characteristic sea village of the "Riviera" and a great place to race and train: pool and beach for swimming sessions, pine forests and range athletics for those of race and an endless choice of bike trails, more or less demanding than those of the plains to hill climbs to the nerve of the Apennines.
